I haven't developed anything since late 2017, yet I keep learning about the latest technology. Right now I'm holding off until the details for the new 9950x3d and 9070xt are confirmed, but I'm really considering setting up an AIO for both CPU and GPU. So my main question is: which motherboards support two AIO connectors?

The 6950x3d isn't available unless you're referring to the 9950x3d, which is already in production. Using an AIO on that model is acceptable, but avoid liquid cooling GPUs because they have limited lifespan and non-refillable tanks. An air-cooled card offers a better value—it's more affordable and durable.

This appears to be from a personal device or setup. The original hardware and performance details suggest it's a specific model from 2014.

Currently there are no AIO conversion kits available for modern GPUs, similar to what existed in Maxwell and Pascal eras. VRM and VRAM arrays generate excessive heat, requiring integration into heatsinks, often using air cooling or full water cooling with blocks. No one has developed such kits to my knowledge.

You're referring to liquid cooled GPUs, not AIOs. There are many discussions about their lifespan, with sources suggesting around 5 to 7 years or less depending on usage. You can find more details on forums like PCPartPicker.

Water cooled CPU setup: Follow the instructions in the manual, but note the AIO plug must connect to the CPU_FAN header. Water cooled GPU design: More sealed, power comes via PCIE lanes and the 6+2 connectors. The GPU water block handles its own cooling—no extra connections needed on the motherboard.
