I checked your build log. You're thinking the AIO draws in intake air? The PSU might be getting hot from that airflow. I noticed similar results with my down draft cooler. Try removing the side panel—it seems the AIO is attached there and could be moved for better airflow. It should be straightforward to do. Watch for any crashes during the swap.
The DA2 isn't likely my next choice because a comparable upgrade would cost a lot. The LianLi A4H20 looks very appealing. What does OTP mean? If the power supply overheats, the fan barely activates even with Heaven, and the GPU seems to struggle moving air. I was testing it as exhaust with the 6700XT, intake with the 2080Ti. Currently I'm using intake with a 3060Ti. That's a solid setup. The AIO directs air straight into the PSU, and the GPU pushes against the AIO path. However, I experienced difficulty locking/blue screens in YT videos, so temperature concerns might not be major. CPU temps stayed under 40°C. I haven't installed the side panels yet; I was holding off to replace fans (it really helps) and maybe the PSU could reduce whine. Probably worth considering a bigger PSU instead.
Adjustments needed, though. This doesn’t feel like temperature. OTP will just power down the machine. YouTube videos shouldn’t be stressing the system that much. By the way, did you run DDU when replacing graphics cards? (I’m sure this took us off the fans’ subject, but it felt like a logical next step in the discussion)
Sure, I cleared out all the AMD components. I might try it again once I get the new power supply just in case. Haha, I’m fine with it being a bit off-topic; my main goal is to score an RTX 3070 soon. Still unsure if the slightly lower TDP will really make a difference.
