After weeks of studying and going through many resources, I finally decided to begin overclocking for the first time. After a few hours, my i5 4690k was stable at 4.4 GHz with a Vcore of 1.195v (CPU-Z shows 1.192v). During 100% temperature and stability tests, my temperatures stayed in the low to mid-60s. I’ve been testing under load using GTA V, and I’m seeing temps in the mid to upper 50s. This gives me some room for further adjustments, but I’m content with where I stand right now. Now I’m ready to address my questions.

During my research, I found suggestions about tweaking ring ratio settings. However, I haven’t found a detailed guide or clear confirmation on whether this requires manual changes. My current ring ratio is 39 with a ring voltage of 1.216v on the "Auto" setting. Since I’m stable at these levels, do I really need to modify these parameters?

Additionally, are there any other settings that should be adjusted? Below are some screenshots from my BIOS for reference.

During the post-break testing, everything appeared typical, though no significant changes were observed in performance. There might be a minor boost in FPS in spots where it previously lagged, but it's still perceptible. Is this typical given the increase in the core clock?
