I might have overlooked checking this earlier when starting the build. First, let me say my team here is super excited. Everything looks good on the front office side. I set up an EPYC 7551 with a Supermicro board running Proxmox and got all the gear ready. I’m just verifying fans, RGB, power, and the thermal block setup. The fans seem to activate, but the RGB doesn’t light up at all. I have a thermal monitor and three fans/pumps feeding into a header that connects to the motherboard. I powered the hub via SATA with a MOLEX adapter. It looks like everything works—fans on, pump on, but no color display. Am I missing something or should I contact Amazon for help?
