I proceeded to remove Gservice (software from the old mobile device), and the issue appears fixed. Appreciate your assistance!

I just wanted to express my gratitude for providing this information. It really made a difference.
For the past two months, I kept encountering errors every time I booted up:
Ini Service fail: Timeout occurred and the task couldn’t finish
Object reference not set to an instance of an object. The overclocking feature will be turned off
These issues started after I switched my motherboard from a GIGABYTE X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING to an ASRock X570 PHANTOM GAMING-ITX/TB3.
After uninstalling Easytune, I received this new error:
Ini service fail easytune engine was not found on computer
Looking into this error led me to a specific post. I wasn’t able to locate an app called Gservice even though it showed up in the task manager’s service section. I also noticed an app named App Center from Gigabyte; removing it resolved the problem.
Thanks again!
