I own a more recent Titan Volta and after moving it to a new PC I'm seeing elevated idle temperatures (around 45°C). The fan is spinning near half its capacity. A search suggests a comfortable range of 30-45°C for idle temps. Is 45°C considered too high for the GPU? Are there any reliable diagnostic tools that could help spot problems?

Based on your location, the surrounding temperature might feel warmer. The temperatures you experience are what I'm concerned about.
