I own multiple peripheral Razer products:
Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro wireless keyboard
Razer Basilisk Ultimate Hyperspeed wireless mouse
Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma mouse pad
I've faced several problems with the Razer Synapse software and the BlackWidow keyboard. I had to replace it twice and it's still having issues.
I'm considering buying another keyboard to move away from the Razer keyboard and software. The one I'm thinking of is the ASUS ROG Claymore II Wireless keyboard.
I'm seeking feedback on this keyboard, but also curious about whether the lighting customization will integrate with my Razer mouse and mouse pad via the ASUS software. After uninstalling Synapse, will the new ASUS software enable compatibility with the other Razer devices? Or am I facing difficulties? The Synapse software currently only recognizes my mouse charger.
You might need to reach out to ASUS directly for device support via USB. Their Aura Creator software works well with many third-party devices, but these gadgets are typically connected directly to the motherboard using ports like aRGB, PCIe, M.2, and DIMM slots—not just through USB.
