I recently assembled my own PC and everything functions properly, but when I shut it down all the RGB lights and fans remain active while the CPU red light stays on. Once I power it back up, the red light disappears. Please assist.

There seems to be an issue with the mainboard. The shutdown process isn't finishing properly. Have you recently installed a new BIOS for this board?

Consider sending it in for a warranty instead—it will just take your time waiting.

Hope so too! Capture the mobile serial number sticker photo. Request replacement board, not repair. Returning the old unit may cause the same problem upon return.
