Hey everyone, I've noticed the CCD 0 and 1 temperatures differ quite a bit—about 10° to 15°C. Is this typical? I'm using a DeepCool LT720 AIO with a Ryzen 5950x processor. If this gap is significant, what should I do? Thanks!

Yeah, that can happen. The overall temps looks very good so there is nothing to worry about here

It varies based on what task you're performing when you notice this. If one CCD core is being utilized more than the other, it's normal. When you're heavily using the entire CPU and observing broad distribution, check the cold plate paste application and mounting force for consistency.

It appears the temperature remains around 10°C even after gaming, possibly due to limited core usage. Some systems hit up to 5.1GHz while others cap around 4.9GHz. For testing with CPU-Z, you might want to check the full core utilization and thermal readings.

Prime95 small FFT requires significant processing power and generates considerable heat. The temperature distribution appears acceptable, staying within 3-4 degrees. It seems the experiment is likely running on a single CCD, which may speed things up while causing uneven heating. No major concerns here.
