Can you provide the CPU utilization while the operating system graphical user interface is active after startup? Are you experiencing the same problem with other applications? Your report primarily consists of two images.

The problem appears to be the game’s client consuming excessive processor resources, leading to performance issues.

Processor: AMD A4-6300 at 3.7 GHz with an AMD Radeon graphics card.
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R7 370 Strix.
Memory: 12 GB.
Operating System: Windows 8 64-bit.
