I have a 3800 CPU and 5700 GPU. Do you think upgrading to 5800x or better would be a good idea? I'm a moderate gamer who plays Unreal, Unity 3D, and uses coding tools like Visual Studio. I also want to learn 3D modeling. Thanks!

I wouldn't go for it. The 5800X offers around a 15% boost. Upgrading the graphics card seems like a better starting point, though you might skip it if needed.
