Hey everyone, checking out some minor overclocking adjustments for my setup. The power supply is 750w gold coolermaster, the GPU is a Radeon 5700 XT with an OC 8GB RAM module, and the motherboard is Aorus X570 Ultra. The case is Coolermaster MB520, CPU is Ryzen 7 3700X, and the cooler is a Coolermaster 240L AIO. RAM is Trident G.Skill 3200MHz with 16GB (8x2). I’ve upgraded the SSD to 256GB and the HDD to 4TB. I’ve done some overclocking on the GPU using adrenaline software and achieved temperatures and performance I’m satisfied with.

I’m planning to boost the RAM voltage to around 3600MHz, but I’m not very confident about the exact settings. I want to avoid adding extra voltage just in case it damages anything. The BIOS lets you set the RAM frequency, but without adjusting the voltage it’s not worth the time. Anyone have some advice on how to proceed? Also, any tips for safely handling voltage changes? Have you considered increasing frequency alone? Many devices support at least 200Mhz without altering timing or voltage settings. Once you identify the stable point, it will guide you on necessary timing or voltage adjustments. To hit 3600Mhz, you might need around 17-18 Cas# with secondary timings of 22-22-44 at roughly 1.375v, though specifics vary per model. I’m here to assist you through the process. Hey, just checked the BIOS at 3400MHz and ran a stress test with AIDA64 Extreme. No crashes or blue screens—looks good! I’ll restart the PC and snap some bios settings photos. Would you prefer this done in Inbox or a forum?
