You might consider forcing the installation of XTU or trying Throttlestop. However, I've had mixed results with the CPU so far.

@zE_WispeR All you can do is try. In ThrottleStop, increase the MSR power limits and check the Lock box for the MMIO power limits. This helps some laptops but not all. Some devices use an embedded controller (EC) to force feed low ball power limits to the CPU. Not much you can do when that happens.
