Increase GPU performance by adjusting settings and configurations.
I'm constrained by the power limit since I'm operating at 110%. However, my thermal capacity is much higher than that.
I understand it's disappointing, but few cards stay within their power limits without risk. There are methods to work around that restriction. One approach I recall is installing a fake current sensing resistor to make the card believe it uses less power than it actually does. I prefer not to modify costly components, so I didn’t think about using that. You might be able to adjust the GPU’s BIOS settings, though I’m sure that’s not a secure solution either. Good luck!
I have solid temperatures in Furmark and consistent stability in Unigine Superposition. From what I understand, all benchmarks indicate stability, but Chrome occasionally freezes for a few seconds. According to Google, there are four potential reasons (refer to the image). My profile, extensions, and Chrome version have always worked fine, so it seems the graphics card might be the problem. I keep lowering the OC settings, but the issue persists. Could Chrome be putting more strain on my card than games or benchmarks? During the last blackout in Event Viewer, it appeared my whole PC went dark, not just Chrome.
