I just got a new laptop screen because the old one stopped working. I ordered a model that matched my previous one, but it turned out to be a different version. I expected a LP173WFG-SPB1 panel, but I received a B173HANO4.9. At first, everything seems fine, but when I checked the refresh rate, only 60Hz was available. Even though the B173HANO4.9 should support 144Hz, it doesn’t appear to work. I tried reinstalling the graphics drivers and looking for updates, but nothing changed. I can’t set a custom resolution to force it to 144Hz because Intel restricts built-in displays and the Nvidia control panel doesn’t let me adjust settings. I’d rather avoid returning the item if possible, so fixing this would be really helpful. Any advice would be appreciated.
