Hi everyone, I'm aiming to assemble a MicroATX gaming PC with a minimum of 8 USB 2.0/3.0 ports. Do you have any suggestions for motherboards that meet this requirement? Also, what component recommendations would be helpful? I prefer portability and the idea of having around 8 USB ports seems a bit unusual for ATX boards—am I on the right track? Thanks in advance! Updated: I also plan to overclock and need a system with strong TMU/VRAM suitable for high-res PC gaming mods.

The Gigabyte Z97 mATX board could suit your requirements. It's unclear which specific model you're considering.

Sorry bout that - let me know if there is a way to move the post - I am new here. If it's not too big of a deal, I will take that into consideration next time.

Ensuring a clear budget is essential for planning. The location plays a key role in determining costs and logistics. Your preferences will guide the final decision.

That's a pleasure, thanks! The price seems reasonable and it looks like a personal project.

I recommend upgrading to a higher-end model similar to this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6813128653
