It’s not clear if the AIO is functioning properly based on your touch. Consider replacing it if you notice issues.

Put it on the pump and place the tubes right above the CPU. Are they warm?

The tubes feel cool while the CPU stays warm on top. It seems like it might be a faulty component. Thanks to everyone!
