Fair point. It's been a while, and I hadn't realized it anymore. My iGPU isn't enabled, which caused OpenGL errors with an older game. The only solution was to reset the Intel drivers and turn it off. Now we can avoid any conflicts, but I don't want to repeatedly enable it just to troubleshoot. It seems likely the issue is with the GPU or a software problem, probably Windows 11.

Preparing for more tests: VSYNC is now enabled worldwide in the NVIDIA Control Panel, while GSYNC has been turned off for Windows with Fullscreen. I’m still trying to determine if one change or both affected the outcome. I’ll keep testing tomorrow.
