MonitorProblem.mp4 Greetings. My 32-inch LG 32GS75Q-B monitor is linked to my laptop via DisplayPort/Mini-DisplayPort. As shown in the video, when I launch the Nvidia App it briefly powers off for two seconds before restarting. This behavior also occurs when opening Outlook in full screen and viewing images in the browser (for example, enlarging an Amazon product image). Since HDR is enabled, I attempted to disable it but it didn’t resolve the problem. My refresh rate on Windows is 180Hz and switching to 144Hz didn’t help either. Both my drivers and Nvidia drivers are up to date. My G-Sync works fine with the Nvidia demo, and I play games without issues. This only happens under certain conditions on Windows as mentioned earlier. I’m using Windows 11 23H2 (version 22631.4460) on a Lenovo Legion Y740 with an RTX 2080 Max-Q graphics card. The cable used is: https://www.amazon.es/dp/B00YOQYQWY?ref=...title&th=1 Did anyone experience the same issue before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Edit: this problem appears to disappear when the refresh rate is set to 60Hz.
