I was functioning well before work, then powered down normally, but after returning I experienced poor performance. The CPU is at full capacity, while the GPU and memory are underutilized. I've tried different games without issues. My system has a 3.8GHz Ryzen 5 2600; this should handle Overwatch at 1080p without bottlenecks. I restarted the PC, ran diagnostics and repairs, and reinstalled the game, but nothing resolved the problem. Could anyone suggest next steps? You shared a benchmark report and task manager screenshots here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/60265713

It seems the game stabilized unexpectedly after launching but then minimized. Could you clarify if this happened once or repeatedly? Looking into possible causes like settings or system issues might help.

It seems the Windows Update service might be running, but checking CPU usage via Task Manager could help confirm if it's active. Would that resolve the issue?
