Only with Franklin's power can you reach the fastest speed possible. Choose a highway with a straightaway, drive to maximum velocity, activate his ability, and you'll surpass it further—up to the car's actual limit. Paradoxically, when your special power runs out, you hit your peak speed. Enjoy navigating through traffic in those situations.
I often overlook Michael and Trevor's, but if I were to die on them, I’d wonder if using my special power would have saved me. My least favorite character is Franklin; I usually rely on him because the missions involve a lot of driving and following, and his ability is really handy.
Back then I relied on Trevor to capture that GTA vibe. It’s still not available on PC, though I think it would work similarly—maybe with Michael in slow motion and mouse aiming, which should be simpler than using an Xbox controller.
