Hey guys, i got GTA IV a few days ago and i cant change ANYTHING in the graphics settings.. I tried the -norestrictions thing but it doesn't work at fkn all! Help me -.- <3

Do you have Steam installed? If yes, open it and select GTA IV. Go to properties, click the first tab, then set launch options. Enter -norestrictions in the box and press OK to start the game.

I don’t know exactly what you’re asking, but I gave it a shot with both of those messages you shared. Neither one seemed to help.

Yes, it seems to be around 3GB. You mentioned you have a Radeon R9 280 with 3GB of RAM.
