Hey there, I've noticed similar issues with FPS fluctuations and reduced performance in many games. It sounds like your setup might be affected by the PCIe lane configuration or the motherboard's capabilities. Your ASUS Strix GTX 970 and FX 8350 are working, but the stuttering could stem from how the card is installed or the specific motherboard model you're using. Checking for driver updates, ensuring proper power delivery, and confirming your GPU's compatibility with your system might help. Let me know if you want more details!

Your CPU utilization is steady, your GPU performance is smooth, and your GPU VRAM consumption is within normal ranges.

It seems the 8350 might be limiting your experience in these updated titles.

You won't reach 100 FPS in AW; it's limited to 90.

It's not related to the 4x slot. I'm not overclocking. My GPU usage stays around 150W and CPU around 125W.

I wonder what prompted the selection of the X4 PCI-E port on the motherboard.

Like the percentage showing how much the app uses the CPU. You can check this using tools such as EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner.

In similar games such as Watch Dogs, the GPU usage reaches up to 98 percent of the maximum capacity.

My GPU settings are adjusted, but I don't see CPU usage data there.
