Improving low frame rate by 1% and avoiding stuttering
You're experiencing performance issues on your GTX 1650 with the Ryzen 5 3550H and 16GB RAM while running Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order at a medium setting. Your average FPS is around 55, but it drops to about 28 or 22 FPS in certain moments. It seems like the game stutters intermittently—smooth for a second, then jerky. To improve the 1% low FPS, consider checking your graphics drivers, reducing game settings, updating your OS, or switching to a less demanding game if needed. Let me know if you want more specific tips!
Resolved the issue. It seems the TDP was capped at 21W (compared to the usual 3550H TDP of 35W). I adjusted it to 30W and no longer experiences stuttering. At 21W under load, temperatures hovered around 70°C, but rose to 80-82°C at 30W. I set the maximum temperature limit at 92°C and max TDP at 30W to help manage the heat.
