Also regarding adrenaline. The GPU activity seems erratic—fluctuating unless you’re simply opening a site and then closing it, after which things make more sense.

no core voltage refers to a different concept. Reducing the power cap to around 80% or lower might help stabilize performance, but it’s not about boosting FPS. It could indicate an issue with the PSU, as the card may draw less power and rely more on consistent supply, unlike the 580 which can utilize higher levels effectively.
