Improve your Skyrim SE performance by uncapping FPS.
I've just reinstalled SSE and was wondering if there is a way to uncap the framerate as of patch 1.4. I read somewhere that Bethesda hardlocked the game to 60fps but I'm not sure. I've tried setting iVsyncPresentInterval to 0 but that only added screen tearing while the game still ran at 60fps. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
I understand, but you can still make adjustments without going too far. I’m curious if there’s a method to eliminate the cap.
If you have a NVIDIA card, you can use NVIDIA Inspector to remove the cap.
