So I know there is a bug with Rainbow six siege using my 100% of my CPU and only using about 70% of my GPU. I'm using a 4690k and a 1070 fe but the game will; Stutter and lose FPS. And also not reach 144FPS. The thing that annoys me is that I have to play in ultra for the game to be semi smooth. Just wondering if anyone has found a fix for this bug.

You're looking for performance at the highest setting, but lower settings cause stuttering.

Sure, I understand. A higher FPS setting works better for you, while ultra remains an option if needed.

You recently tested the game at medium quality in 1080p and noticed smooth performance without stuttering. Your monitor supports G-SYNC at 100Hz, which shouldn’t interfere. Have you tried power cycling it—switching it off and back on?

It seems to be related to my CPU. I just wanted to check if anyone has a solution for it.
