Running Windows 10 Pro unactivated—settings adjusted to fix blurry apps. Still experiencing issues. I reinstalled the OS and checked compatibility options, changed DPI settings, but the problem persists. Third-party programs remain affected. There’s a service like Reimage Repair that costs around $30 for a one-time use, though I’m unsure if it will help.

Unfortunately, if the blur correction isn't sufficient, it means you've reached the limit of what de-blurring can achieve. Windows struggles with scaling older or low-DPI apps effectively.

The setup file appears to have issues. Opera looks clear, your desktop should be sharp. If everything seems blurry, check your connection—use DVI, HDMI or DisplayPort, not VGA. Blurry applications can be resolved by right-clicking the executable, choosing Properties, then adjusting the Compatibility tab and scaling settings. Remember to restart the process. Note that scaling options set for the setup won’t affect the main program. Some apps, like Steam, don’t support high DPI well, so you might need to disable window scaling entirely.

I’ve set up Cinema 4D already. The entire application appeared blurry. My PhotoshopCC is fine. All other programs, browsers, and systems work properly except for Reimage Repair, Maxon Cinema, and another app.

Hmm, other options exist as well. They shouldn't be the case. My Windows 10 comes from Microsoft's CreateCreationMedia. The scaling should be at 100% by default. I'm using the latest Nvidia driver and setting my desktop to the recommended resolution.

Yes, it suggests you are trying to resolve the issue, and the problem may appear again after reinstalling.

I'm puzzled about what you're referring to. Your display scaling, based on the screenshot you shared, isn't at 100%. The Nvidia driver installer isn't high-DPI aware either, which explains why it looks blurry. This likely happens because Nvidia is using a fixed solution and hasn't updated yet. The same applies to other software installers.

It was a scaling problem. The standard settings (200/300%) were excessive. I adjusted it to 175%, which resolved the issue.
