I rarely share reviews or similar content since I don’t have ties with colleagues at big companies or corporations responsible for releasing new tech. However, I have a personal experience involving EA and Mass Effect 2. It started when Bioware partnered with them to add DLC, and everything seemed fine until they merged with Origin. That’s when Mass Effect 2 stopped working for me. My saved games vanished. I discovered it might be possible to combine my Bioware account with Origin for the game. I reached out to EA’s support site and chatted with a representative. They confirmed it was feasible, and after a phone call, everything functioned again. My old save files from 2010 are back, along with some help from Adam P, Adam T, Benjamin, and Blake. Thanks to them for their assistance. I hope they have a great weekend too! I still didn’t want to buy Mass Effect 3, but after recovering everything, I’m planning to do so and keep going with the story. I heard Linus mentioned improvements in customer service on a video, which encouraged me to try contacting EA directly. I’m glad I did it!

EA provides excellent support for customers. Check their BBB score. It’s a top A+ compared to the F average.

They were just viewing an older WAN presentation while talking about this issue. Indeed, EA offers outstanding support.
