Hello, your PC has been experiencing image instability and jitter even when you push the monitor to its refresh limit (165Hz). The character area stays clear, but the background appears shaky. It disappears completely when using a controller but shows up strongly with your mouse depending on the game. You've replaced all components except the GPU, yet the issue continues. You're currently running Windows 11.
High CPU or GPU usage may cause stuttering. Reduce visual effects like transparency and animations via accessibility settings, then optimize your PC for peak performance—start by sitting down and then check advanced system settings.
The visual seems to have an afterimage or faint ghost effect in the background. It appears to be inconsistent.
I don't understand what you're referring to in the video. What do you mean by jittery? Is it ghosting? If so, it might be related to the monitor, which can be resolved by boosting overdrive. It could also stem from TAA.
The display seems stable without ghosting, possibly due to V-sync and VRR working. Background elements might appear to move horizontally if they're not properly handled.
