The problem appears to be with the image file itself being corrupted on the game launcher. It looks good on your home network but fails on mobile devices even after switching networks or reloading. The link you provided shows the same picture, yet it works fine on your phone. Have you tried checking the file size or format? Also, ensure the device is connected properly and try a different network if possible.

No, I didn't do that. Let's proceed from scratch.

On my PC and also on my router, I’ve tried restarting it multiple times, but the issue appears to be with the router. I can see the connection through a VPN.

It seems like there might be an issue with the VPN as well.

You meant to ask about what I understand from your description. It seems the image appears normal when viewed via a VPN but becomes corrupted otherwise.

Sure, let me clarify. If you're using 4G or another network with the same device, you should see it properly. With a VPN on the same device, it works too. But connecting through your own local connection (same device) causes issues. You mentioned removing temporary files and cache—did you do that?

Yes, sure. Reset the cache multiple times and restart the router. The issue occurs with every device linked to your home network, including your phone, another PC, and your main PC.
