I'm unable to recover your Windows registry.
I'm struggling too! I was trying to remove malware and also ran Malwarebytes in the background. At first, I went into the registry because Malwarebytes wasn't fully clearing the threats. When I tried to fix things, it restarted and everything changed—words turned into boxes, symbols, and strange shapes. Restoring my computer is a constant failure, no matter what time I try. I don’t understand what’s happening. Also, I can’t access the BIOS because my gaming keyboard lacks a switch. I’m really confused and need help!
Your current CDs aren't functioning properly. Would using an ISO USB be a viable alternative? If not, what other options could help?
The issue is clear—your existing discs aren't functioning properly. You can install a bootable USB drive, provided you have the serial number from your current license. If necessary, reach out to Microsoft to reset your license, particularly if it's an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) product.
It seems the device isn't responding properly. You've used the disc multiple times before it worked, but now it's not functioning correctly.
get the ISO file, create another DVD using the slowest available speed (4x), turn off the computer, place the DVD in the tray, restart and press F8 or F10 repeatedly until it works, then you should appear in the boot menu and choose the desired boot option (disc tray), ensuring the disc loads correctly. This should resolve the issue.
