Hi everyone! I attempted to turn on my PC, it worked normally each time—just entered the password, opened Chrome, then the machine shut down unexpectedly. When I tried to restart, nothing appeared on the screen except the motherboard info “15.” It only shows on the motherboard. My PC is still off but the specs say it should be running. Can anyone assist?

Connections could be loose or missing, possibly due to a RAM issue. Since I don’t have a motherboard, it’s hard to confirm the exact cause.

Post code 15 indicates the pre-memory North-Bridge initialization has begun. It appears the system is attempting to set up the memory. Consider reseating your RAM. The display remains fixed at 15.

NB starts before the memory is loaded. This ensures proper PRE memory setup. Reset the CMOS for consistency.

It means you should keep your PC on and let it run for a while without doing anything else.

Disconnect the computer, reinstall the RAM, then power it back on. Note: search for a tutorial video if you're uncertain about the steps.

No, you don't need to press the CMOS button.

I attempted it too, I also reinstalled the motherboard and tried to boot the PC using 1, 2, and 3 RAM modules, but it’s still not working.
