I used Macrium Reflect for cloning OS drives and don’t really understand those tools. You need a drive the same size or larger to clone into. It seems you’re facing potential problems if you try to move files—links could break and registry entries might cause issues. If you really want to use your 64 GB drive, installing a fresh Windows 10 is usually the safest option. That way you’ll need to reinstall programs so they link correctly. This method works well for my workstations after new builds, and I’ve never had running problems. @Fasauceome might have another solution you haven’t considered.
I suggested minimizing the data on the partition to fit it onto the target drive. EaseUS lets you pick specific partitions as data sources and a whole drive as the destination if needed. But it seems unlikely OP wants to cut down the OS drive’s size so it fits into just 64GB. No, registry entries and pathways can’t be easily removed without affecting functionality. You should uninstall and delete files manually (to reinstall later) or set up Windows from scratch on the SSD.
