if the timings and speed match, there's an almost certainty that it'll just work. (there's always the chance your cpu has an exceptionally weak memory controller and will struggle with 4 sticks at a high speed, but that's an edge case almost not worth considering).

You can likely connect the second kit directly without entering BIOS, especially if it matches your current setup’s specifications. Using the same XMP profile should work seamlessly.
