I recently purchased a pre-built Lenovo H50-50 from Best Buy, thinking I could simply swap in a graphics card for gaming. However, upon inspection, the power supply only provides 180 watts, which is insufficient for the I3-4160 at 3.60 GHz and the motherboard’s 10 or 12-pin design. My concern is whether I should start fresh or try to fit a PSU with that unusual connector and a basic graphics card for light gaming at medium settings. I’m pretty sure it’s too late to return now.

Consider beginning anew for a new PC. The value will be worth it. Returns information for Best Buy isn’t clear from Australia.

I've experienced this for a long time beyond the expected duration.

Unless you discover a method to adapt it for a regular ATX power supply, you'll need to begin anew. Many parts like the CPU, RAM, and HDD might still be usable, and possibly the case too, but you'll likely have to replace the PSU, GPU, motherboard, and cooling solution. If your current case can support a standard ATX power supply, then you're ready to purchase a new one and any necessary components. Edit: If you're able to return it first, do that before proceeding.

I would simply provide it and assemble your own PC.

When two flame signals indicate a restart, begin anew. Start over. Plzz

She asked if it was too long before doing that.
