I try to stream at any resolution, aiming for over 30 frames per second and a bitrate above 2000 bits. On Windows 10 it consistently lags on my hardware. Using the Nvidia encoder causes the bitrate to be too high, which blocks internet access. My system specs are an Intel Core i5 3570K, 4.0GHz GTX 970, 8GB RAM at 1600MHz. The connection details were updated—just noted I’m using OBS, and that was the small oversight.

It seems you're asking about driver installation. Did you set up the correct drivers?

Your internet connection is excellent, didn't you just install Windows 10 as a partition?

The question is clear about needing details on GPU.

Just got it today, haha. Not really, I switched to Ubuntu completely and things went wrong because of my 144Hz screen. Then I thought about going back to Windows and wondered how bad things could get. Anyway, this is what happened.
