Hi,
I own the Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, which is significantly better than my old one (it stays on my head all day and the sound quality is great!). However, it lets in too much outside noise. I'm searching for another headset with improved passive noise isolation or ANC, or both. The Turtlebeach Recon 500 seems like a possible match for my needs and budget, but I can't locate its specifications anywhere. If you know where to find them or have any other suggestions, I'd really appreciate it!

Sorry about that, I couldn't find any details for the Recon 500 on the manufacturer's site, but this review might be useful.
