I don’t understand the exact connections for those three cables. They appear to come from the case fans, but there’s no clear indication of where they should be routed. Could you check the manual or look at the photo again?

Check the far-left section which appears as an RGB header, while the other two show 4-pin fan connectors. Refer to your motherboard manual for details.

There are three components: a sat power unit, a 4-pin fan header (possibly proprietary with a controller included), and a 4-pin PWM pass-through setup for daisy-chained fans. Note that your RAM is misplaced—should be in slots 2 and 4 from left to right for correct alignment. In slots 1 and 2, you're using single-channel mode instead of dual-channel.
