Hi, I’ve experienced some issues with my RAM recently, including blue screens and driver crashes. The diagnostic tool indicated hardware problems. I’ve tested one RAM at a time using dual-channel mode, and it shows everything is fine. Now the computer won’t start, and the memory light is lit on the motherboard. I’m not sure what to do next.

I verified the issue by checking RAM performance. I ran diagnostics with both modules connected and used a standard diagnostic tool. Your system specifications are available upon request. The blue screen displays error codes that typically indicate hardware faults. These codes can help pinpoint the exact problem. This occurrence happened unexpectedly without any recent hardware modifications.

The error messages I’m seeing relate to memory handling, cache control, and pointer references. Yes, I’ve tested both drives and there have been no recent hardware modifications. This issue seems to be around 5 months old, and I’ve been using the built-in Windows memory diagnostic tool.

Perhaps some users refreshed their knowledge? Generally, this demands current BIOS and chipset drivers for proper operation, along with manual updates.

I believe the safest choice is to take advantage of the lifetime warranty and replace the RAM just to test it. Nothing worse than a potential issue.
