I've finally secured enough funds to purchase the PC I've been working on for years.
Looking for any feedback or suggestions on price adjustments if possible.
Planning to buy it on December 1st to take advantage of deals.
Can't wait to start building this thing.

appears suitable, perhaps a cl30 ram would work. a low-profile ram could fit since the cooler might extend beyond the dimm slot.

The motherboard features two M.2 NVMe slots, eliminating the need for a 2.5" SATA SSD. It's not necessarily cheaper but offers significantly better performance and removes the requirement for cables. The case doesn't accommodate 5.25" drives, which are used for CD/DVDs; most modern cases lack this feature. If you require one, consider using a portable USB drive connected and powered. The NY RAM has excessive CAS latency, resulting in slower speeds. Cl32 or 30 would provide much improved performance.

There is no suitable place to fit the disc drive into the new case.

The SATA drive is presently in use for my old PC; I think I'll just leave it where it is. The RAM was replaced with Silicon Power XPOWER Zenith Gaming 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory.
According to the manual, it has 5'25 bays on the bottom.

Is this as valuable as what you'd get without selling your home?
