These are my specifications.

Lately, I've noticed a persistent static electricity noise coming from my PC. Since it's an open case, the issue seems more noticeable. I ran a 15-minute OCCT power test and found nothing out of the ordinary.
I'm really concerned about this. Could you assist?

Be extremely cautious.
Determine the power supply model and specifications?
What is the wattage, age, and condition (original, new, used, refurbished)?
Can you pinpoint the origin or location of the static noise?
Does the noise cease when the system is powered down? Or does it persist when unplugged?
Why is the case left open?

1350W Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 [80+ Gold] – brand new, built about six months ago. The source of the noise isn’t clear. It occasionally stops for hours, and there’s no sound when the device is powered off. The case design is open, and currently there’s no noise.

If it's an actual electrical short or arc, you should notice the smell and the situation won't last long.
Most machines make noise only from fans; yours seems to have water cooling, which adds many components that can also produce sounds.
Begin by listening closely when you hear the noise—touch the center of each fan and see if you can stop it. You might be able to fix it with software.
Your power supply is smart and has a fan that activates only under heavy load.
Water-related problems are more challenging.
Can you safely adjust the water pump speeds while the machine runs and observe if the noise changes? Also, check for any air in the system, as this can cause unusual sounds.

Thank you. I attempted this. The simulation yesterday showed the power load with OCCT, and the electricity static noise began resembling an air leak sound.
