All was fine, though I think the issue could lie with the fan itself. It’s an Intel standard fan, not the kind you usually see on modern systems.

Ohhhh it's a stock cooler OHHHH That's probably the reason why it's over heating A 4770k is not a weak chip and needs a decent cooler
