I've been looking everywhere but haven't found it. It sounds like an adventure game with a psychology twist, played a while back. You mentioned a male psychologist or psychiatrist using a pendulum to hypnotize people, kids dealing with memory issues, and possibly a military plot. It seems to have been released after 2000. Anyone know what you're thinking? Was it just a dream?
