That setting is typically the standard value. In Windows and with CPUz, it should display around 1600 MHz.

My installed memory speed is 3200 MHz Ryzen 5 2600, 1660 super, with 500 GB M.2 SSD. I have 8x2 3200 MHz Corsair Vengeance RAM C16 DDR4 and an ASAOR B450 Steel Legend. It worked initially but then restarted and dropped back to 2133 MHz. I reached out to ASRock for help, but haven’t received a reply yet.
