I acquired a Mucai X99 P4 and a ZSUS X99-8D4 from Aliexpress. My setup includes an Xeon 1660v3 and a 1650v3, both capable of overclocking, so I’m considering a boost but the default BIOS doesn’t support it. I have a Ch341a flash programmer, meaning I can always reset the BIOS if needed. I’m hoping someone with English knowledge can help, as Miyconst’s videos are limited to similar boards and his translations aren’t perfect. Maybe it isn’t feasible, especially since I bought the most affordable options. I tried the Mucai board myself and flashed a BIOS based on past experiences, but didn’t get any success.

The BIOS settings on these boards aren't necessarily all in Chinese; they can be in any language depending on the manufacturer.
