I'm not aware of anyone using an x79M Plus motherboard before. It seems to be a newer or specialized component.

I recently purchased one and wanted a recommendation for an SSD. I considered the Crucial MX500 but wasn’t sure about compatibility. I recall X76 is a suitable option, but I’m curious about any significant differences compared to the X76M Plus.
Also couldn't locate much information. Click here: https://m.aliexpress.com/item/4001296108...1296108397
It’s the X79M Gaming Plus. Add gaming features, the board will show up in searches. It’s a SATA SSD that works with any motherboard having SATA ports. The drive supports backward compatibility for all SATA connections. I’ve used a Patriot TorqX on my A socket without problems, and the components are quite different but still functional.
If you decide to cancel it, that would be fine. Many X79 boards sold on AliExpress use H61 or B75 chipsets.
It functions as a server chipset designed for early LGA 2011 boards, supporting quad-channel memory operations.
