I'm aiming for an Intel Core i7 processor, though I recognize that obtaining one within my budget is improbable. At the very least, I’m seeking an Intel Core i5 processor paired with a GeForce GTX 1070 or 1080 graphics card and 8-16 gigabytes of RAM. The power supply’s specifications aren't critical, as long as it can adequately power the components. I require assistance in assembling a computer system capable of smoothly running Skyrim and its Special Edition with ENB settings at 1080p resolution. I currently possess a 144Hz Omen monitor, and my priority is to find a PC build that meets these particular requirements.
