I've been testing games at low settings, yet my PC occasionally struggles to keep a steady 60fps. From what I've noticed, it might be the CPU causing the issue. Also, having Chrome and other programs running while gaming could be affecting performance. I'm not very familiar with PC specs, but I'm curious about possible factors limiting my PC's gaming speed. I've attached my CPU and GPU details from Speccy. Based on some research, it seems the CPU clock speed might be insufficient for gaming and could be limiting the GPU, possibly running at high usage. It might not be just the CPU, but there could be other reasons. I'm open to suggestions.

So consider dropping the resolution setting and try changing the graphics card or monitor.
