I was playing CSGO when my computer crashed. I restarted it and saw the message asking to install a boot disk and press a key. I suspect it might be a virus, since I used a program to activate Windows before. It happened again just a few days ago. At first, I thought it was just a hard drive issue because my old 5xxx RPM 320GB drive was the problem. Now I bought a new 1TB FireCuda drive and tried installing a boot disk, but Windows can’t read the product key from the unattended answer file. Please help—I don’t know what to do. I’m considering formatting the whole PC to remove any viruses.

The tool for creating windows media is available online. Ensure you have a USB drive with sufficient storage, around 4 gigabytes or more. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...tion-media

Visit your PC's system information and adjust the boot sequence to prioritize USB or CD. Once done, the setup interface will appear, allowing you to prepare the storage device during installation.

Check if the correct drive is highlighted under "Hard Disc Boot Priority" in Bios. Assume FireCuda is the intended component.
